Vera Legacy is a digital estate research and document preparation service. We are not a law firm. We do not provide legal advice. We prepare research documents, template letters, and guidance materials to assist authorized family members and executors in managing a deceased person's digital accounts and online subscriptions.

The quality of our service depends on the accuracy and completeness of information you provide in your intake form. You agree to provide truthful and accurate information to the best of your knowledge. Vera Legacy is not responsible for documentation errors arising from inaccurate or incomplete information provided by the client.
We commit to delivering your completed documentation package within 48 hours of receiving your completed intake form during business days (Monday through Friday, excluding US federal holidays). If additional information is required, we will contact you by email and the 48-hour window will begin from the time complete information is received.
We offer a 48-hour satisfaction guarantee. If you are not satisfied with your documentation package for any reason, contact us at hello@veralegacy.com within 48 hours of delivery and we will issue a full refund. Refund requests made after 48 hours of delivery will be considered on a case-by-case basis.
Free revisions are available within 30 days of delivery if any document requires adjustment based on platform feedback.
Refunds are not available for completed services where the client has confirmed satisfaction or where the limitation in service delivery resulted from inaccurate information provided by the client.
Vera Legacy's total liability for any claim arising from our service is limited to the amount paid for the specific service package in question. We are not liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages including but not limited to missed account closures, continued subscription charges, or lost digital assets.
We are not responsible for the decisions made by individual platforms regarding account closure requests, regardless of the documentation provided.
All template documents, research materials, and content delivered as part of our service are prepared for your personal use in managing the specific estate described in your intake form. They may not be resold, redistributed, or used for commercial purposes.
Your privacy is important to us. Our collection and use of personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy, available at veralegacy.com/privacy.html.
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States. Any disputes arising from our service will be resolved in the courts of Florida.
We may update these terms periodically. Continued use of our service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms. The date at the top of this page reflects the most recent update.
